Competitive Sales executive
Responsibilities and main Duties:
- To develop sales strategies, And to create sales plan and attract new clients.
- The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.
- Developing New Leads.
- Responsible for the cold call tasks and sales visits to clients.
- Present company services.
- Developing New Opportunities for Business gain.
- Negotiation & Closing Sales Deals with clients.
- Being the key between the agency and the client.
- Managing the entire sales cycle.
- Handle all the marketing and advertising plans for the clients.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs to (up-sell and cross-sell).
- Following up with the clients through meetings, calls and emails.
- Working to deliver the advertising needs of our clients including an active role creating proposals and presenting them.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
- 1-3 years previous Marketing and advertising agency work experience is a MUST.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Have a good experience in selling offline services (booths/events/printings/giveaways).
- In-depth knowledge of the field.
- Fluent in English language.
- Keen attention to details and deadlines.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to use initiative.
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- A passion for marketing and advertising and an understanding of what makes a good advertisement.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; in handling different clients with different jobs at the same time, while being able to deliver the requested outcome both efficiently and effectively.
- Effective team working skills; as you will need to collaborate with different team members and multiple agency departments on daily basis.
- Influencing and negotiation skills; in presenting the ideas and campaign to the clients.
- A willingness to learn; readiness to improve, resilience; to enable you to deal with problems and ability to handle constructive criticism.
