Seller Acquisition Manager

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Structure seller acquisition strategy per cluster together with the category / product team and organize lead generation matching these needs.
  • Help structure seller acquisition; incubation processes to organize hunting of key target sellers and allow them to sell high revenue within 3 months.
  • Interact with stakeholders of different teams involved in Marketplace Operations to ensure new seller processes are fully aligned with strategy and empowered by other dependent functions/units.

 

Requirements

 

  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in e-commerce, business development, or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and interest in driving business improvements through team leadership, data-driven decision-making, and end-to-end project management.
  • Outstanding business analytics skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Is able to demonstrate the ability to manage a team, exercise leadership across a complex organization, ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects.
