CEO Responsibilities

:Creating, communicating, and implementing the organization's vision,

mission, and overall directionLeading the development and implementation of the overall organization's strategy Develop and implement operational policies and a strategic plan.

Act as the primary spokesperson for the company.Help with recruiting new staff members when necessary.

Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale.

Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.Work with the executive board to determine values, and plan for short and long-term goals.Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.Oversee the day-to-day operation of the company.Looking at potential acquisitions or the sale of the company under circumstances that will enhance shareholder value 

Requirements and skills:Ex. Transportation Mobility industry is a MUST.

Proven experience as CEO or in other managerial positionExperience in developing profitable strategies and implementing visionStrong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principlesFamiliarity with diverse business functions such as marketing

, PR, finance etc.In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practicesAn entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skillsAnalytical abilities and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and public speaking skillsMSc/MA in business administration or relevant field
