Responsibilities:

-Provide sales and customer service support.
-Professionally handle a high volume of inquiries and assist to provide an effective solutions for Customers’ issues.
-Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
-May have to work outside of the schedule, should the client request to meet up outside of working hours.
- Develop strong relationships and rapport with buyers

Job Requirements:

-Previous Experience 1 year in the same role and shipping & distribution industry is a must
-Location: New Cairo / Preferred Cairo residents only nearby.
-Good command of English.
-Good computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
-Maximum age: 30 years (Females only)
-Salary: Negotiable depends on experience with Commissions.
