Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, you will oversee all development of the online and offline Individual traveler bookings and ensure that all operations for proposals and reservations are completed in a timely manner. You will also work closely with key suppliers including Destination Management Consultants, major Travel and Tour Operators

To develop and maintain excellent consultative communication skills to manage clients’ expectations and to have total responsibility for all their traveling needs

Responsibilities:

*To produce good quality quotations using the standard format and within the agreed deadlines for your market.

*To be able to advise the client of the most suitable options for their tours

*To ensure that all services are booked well in advance of the date of travel

*To log all new requests and follow-ups.

*To maintain close communication with the relevant suppliers at all times on the progress of the bookings

*To maintain close communication with the relevant clients at all times on the progress of the bookings

*To offer the clients as many additional services as possible in order to increase the income per group

*To identify opportunities to improve operational and service methods / procedures.

Required Skills and Experiences:

*Excellent commend in English,

*Experience from the travel industry

*B2C travel industry experience

*A positive and competitive attitude with the drive to succeed and work ethic

*Sensitive to customers' needs and requirements

*Detail-orientated

*Excellent customer service skills

*Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication /relationship-building and analytical skills

*Excellent Time-Management

*Possesses strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
