JOB Responsibilities :

1. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
2. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
3. Managing the recruitment and selection process
4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
6. Nurture a positive working environment
7. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
8. Maintain pay plan and benefits program
9. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
10. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
11. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
12. Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
13. Creating clear and concise reports.
14. Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
15. Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
16. Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
17. Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
18. Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
19. Conduct performance and salary reviews
20. Design and implement employee retention strategies

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
2. Proven working experience as HR Manager with +7 Years at least as HR Manager (Preferred on the FMCG/Food& Beverages Industry).
3. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
4. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
5. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
6. Must Have MBA at least.
7. Preferred to be GIZA Residence.
