Performance Analyst

JOB Responsibilities :

  1. Oversee performance management process, integrating strategic and financial plans.
  2. Interact with appropriate individuals/groups to resolve errors as necessary.
  3. Develop and maintain client-facing letters (assets) owned by the department.
  4. Ensure the alignment of compensation design and process initiatives with business goals and objectives.
  5. Practice data science techniques to derive insights and develop value streams for client's business.
  6. Recognize, present, and help to implement workflow and process improvement recommendations.
  7. Ensure procedures are followed and adequate controls in place.
  8. Maintain awareness of industry trends.
  9. Develop strong relationships and partnerships with clients and key stakeholders.
  10. Stay current on industrial and research trends, positioning, and customer needs.
  11. Act as a senior resource and provide day-to-day leadership to the team.
  12. Identify major areas of opportunities using tools/techniques such as benchmarks, ride-along, interviews and site visits.
  13. Develop proper controls to identify, research and resolve any performance data issues.
  14. Partner with the various teams to capture technology needs and requirements.

 

Job Requirements:

  1. +3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  3. Experience manipulating and analyzing large data sets
  4. Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  5. Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
  6. Comfortable with decision making exercises.
