Inspect completed work for conformance with specifications, requirements and compliance with applicable building and safety codes and regulations.

Cleans, maintains and services tools and equipment used in the performance of duties.

Tracks and reports time and materials for assigned work. Maintain records and retrieve data related to work performed using manual and/or computerized record-keeping systems.

Estimates cost, time and materials for projects or work efforts as assigned.

Requirements:

Thorough knowledge of methods, materials, tools and equipment used in painting and finishing work.

Ability to read, interpret and work from blueprints, plans, drawings and specifications.

Ability to estimate the cost, time and materials of maintenance, repair and renovation assignments or projects.

Ability to read and write as well as perform arithmetic calculations at a level appropriate for the duties of the position.

Ability to operate and maintain all applicable tools and equipment necessary to perform skilled electrical work.
Bachelor's degree in engineering.

A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a sandblasting & painting engineer
Great leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
