Telemarketer

 

Responsibilities:

 

Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our service offering

Learn details about our product and service offerings

Meet or exceed projected weekly and monthly sales goals

communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs

Offer solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities

Ask relevant leading questions to understand the customer's needs and recommend the best service for their purposes

Minimum 1 year of previous experience in telemarketing.

Professional tone & excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent Command of English language skills.

Preferred to have a previous experience in the HR field.
