HR Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff.
Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.
Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
Organizational development includes the development and implementation of human resource policies and
procedures, organizational charts, Authority matrices etc.
Organize semi-annual and annual employee performance reviews
Requirements:
3 to 7 years of experience in human resources of an HR services organization/s with at least 5 years managing his/her HR department.
Excellent in spoken and written English.
Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
Excellent Time Management and Planning skills
Agile Leader with a detailed oriented mindset.
Understanding of HR laws
Detail-oriented and organized nature
