HR Internship

 

Job Description:

 

Recruit, interview, and manage the hiring process for all open positions.

Assist with the HR Recruiter in screening & Categories resumes.

Create new hire onboarding programs and conduct new hire orientation.

Schedule calls and interviews.

Arrange interviews for the candidates.

Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews

Suggest and implement ongoing improvements to recruitment process

 

The intern will learn:

 

Recruitment life cycle

Design attractive job ads

Phone screening skills

 

Requirements

 

good English

Team player

Very good communication skills.
