Responsibilities 

• Help create and shape the vision for standardization and tooling requirements required to drive efficiency and process improvements
• Effectively communicate the company vision to staff and stake holders
• Responsible for carrying out ERP implementation projects; planning and implementation for onboarding new locations and conversion from their current and aftercare of go-live
• Understands process flow and relationships with ERP modules: financial, engineering, purchasing, inventory management, manufacturing operations, etc.
• Work with the leadership team and ERP power users to assist in process design and workflow of the ERP system to better leverage the functionality for the overall organization.
• Assist with designing, building, testing, and troubleshooting system changes, as well as preparing and planning for upgrades and enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar discipline
• Extensive experience in Epicor and SAP ERP aspects such as Accounting, Distribution, Manufacturing, Purchasing, etc.
• Excellent creative thinking skills with emphasis on developing innovative solutions to solve complex problems that may not have one clear answer
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• Must possess excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
