Personnel Specialist

 

Responsibilities:

 

Creates, maintains, and updates personnel files in complying with the Egyptian Labor.

Deals with governmental External offices such as Labor, Social insurance offices etc.

Manage the process of employee’s termination and suspension (resignations, end of contract…etc.) employees.

Drafting Employment contracts

Follow up probation periods to proceed with termination if required.

Keep good relations and communication channels with concerned governmental authorities;

Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up the employees' credentials completion and developing personnel files for newcomers to ensure adherence to the personnel filing system.

Prepare the attendance reports and timesheets 

Prepare social insurance forms (1,2,6)

Ensure that all team members’ HR Files are 100% completed  

Keep records of employees vacations, absence and missions

Keep records of employees database

 

Job Requirements

 

BSc of Business Administration or relevant field, HR diploma or certificate is an asset. 

good English level

2 years of experience as an HR Personnel Specialist

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Analytical Skills.

Communication Skills
