Responsibilities:

- Implementing IT security measures such as antivirus software or firewalls to protect against data loss or security breaches

- Providing technical support for computer applications, networks, and other system infrastructure

- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all applications are being used according to their intended purpose

- Monitoring the performance of applications and making adjustments when necessary to improve performance
Testing and evaluating new software products to determine their feasibility for use by the company

- Troubleshooting issues with computer hardware, software, and networks to ensure that they are operating efficiently and effectively

- Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining computer applications for businesses or organizations

- Monitoring computer network performance to ensure optimal efficiency and uptime for all systems

Requirement:

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Two years of experience at least with business application administration.

-You must be able to effectively translate business needs into technical solutions and then implement those solutions.

-Know How to multi-task, learn new concepts quickly, and have a solid understanding of software applications.

-Excellent communication skills to be able to explain technical topics to non-technical staff.
